Following a month overseas doing promotion, Adam is back to strut his stuff for the American radio audiences. Throughout December, Adam headlines holiday concerts from coast-to-coast prior to starting his own “The Original High” tour in Asia.

    GOSH … WHAT A MESS!!! MISS UNIVERSE!!!

    Steve Harvey was the MC/host. He announced the first runner up Miss Columbia as Miss Universe… then after her crown is on and she is waiting for the victory walking … Harvey comes up and apologizes.
    Miss Columbia is the ‘first runner up’ and who is actually Miss Universe is Miss Phillipines
    Everyone stands there … nobody knows what to do… nobody wants to actually take the crown off of Miss Columbia’s head and poor Miss Philippines misses her chance to walk the aisle and clearly feels really badly and auk-wards.

    I really enjoyed Adam’s Christmas shows. He was in fine form in every way: unbelievably handsome with exquisite vocals and entertaining on stage banter. But what struck me most was his choice of outfits for each show. During Idol he chose his outfits to suit the song. For these shows he clearly chose his outfits to suit the audience and setting. In Wilkes-Barre he wore a tank top, leather vest and pj pants(!) for his die hard Glamberts. In Worcester’s beautiful Mechanics Hall, he was very classy with a suit jacket and silk shirt. For the jingle balls he chose hip fashions to appeal to the younger crowd. Smart man, that Adam Lambert! I can’t wait to see what he does with his tour. It’s less than 2 weeks until the NYE extravaganza. I hope Adam’s getting some well deserved rest before it starts all over again.

    Love that Voice of Holland video…liked the young guy with the piano best on those short clips, followed by the guy on the guitar.

    Its sooooooo quiet in here the last few days!

    Has your fanbase of ‘Glamberts’ changed over your career?
    I’m always surprised. I’ve got a group of die-hard fans, which is a very small group of women who would follow all my concerts in the US. We call them the ‘OG Glamberts’. I’ve seen young girls and even dads, especially on Queen’s tour. I see gay men in their 20s, who I call sisters. That’s a nice element to see because they are my peers and where I come from. For this upcoming tour, I’ve selected a couple songs that I’ve never performed in concert before. I’m sure some of my fans will be overjoyed.

    I think that’s just him in maybe the theater where they’re rehearsing. Probably just a tease to whet the appetite and let us know they’re ready.

    So excited for this tour! Love how he creates a lovely, entertaining fun show without bombastic crap, with music and himself in the forefront and just enough dancing and accessories. I wish the WAG show could have been here, it was so fun and joyful – Cuckoo was adorable, the top hat segment so sexy. FURCA!! Pissed Off Pissed Off Pissed Off

    Adam mentioned the small group of women who follow him around…but I think it’s a large group. There are so many he never sees face to face that follow him. Wink He just focused on the ones that are always in the front.

    I think I’m an OG. If you followed him from day one I guess you’re an OG. Maybe a tee shirt is in order Smile
