2014 wraps up this month and what a year it has been. We did not get a new album but many of us got to see Adam and Queen perform live and will see them again in the UK and Europe. Adam still found time to record “Imagine” for UNICEF and starting December 1, also be part of “giveStars“ where all proceeds go to charity. Throw in a Classic Rock Award for Band of the Year and an appearance on the UK X Factor and I would say that it was a pretty good year for Adam and ALL his fans. December will probably be quieter as he prepares for the Winter 2015 Q+AL tour but we have plenty to keep us going until the tour starts. Here’s hoping that some news about the new album will be Adam’s year-end gift to us! He’s the gift that keeps on giving!! And speaking of gifts, how about spending NYE with Queen and Adam in London! What a way to ring in the New Year!!!

It looks as though the X Factor Top 5 results show will be broadcast in Canada tonight at 8PM (Channel 9 on Rogers Cable for anyone who is in Toronto.)
Can’t wait to see it on a big screen. DVR’ing it. M and P have had the DVR set for all three nights this week.
The competitive episode last night was really annoying – they cut out the second performance of Fleur East, who definitely gave the best performance in the first round. I was watching with another person so it wasn’t my imagination. They showed Fleur in the end-of-show summary wearing a peacock outfit which neither of us had seen. To me, this is like cutting the QAL performance at the end of the EMA’s instead of editing out some of the boring MC interactions. Lazy, lazy, lazy.
I wonder if the X Factor UK is aware of it? Anyway, Adam is at the beginning of tonight’s show so no worries about that part being cut.
