2014 wraps up this month and what a year it has been. We did not get a new album but many of us got to see Adam and Queen perform live and will see them again in the UK and Europe. Adam still found time to record “Imagine” for UNICEF and starting December 1, also be part of “giveStars“ where all proceeds go to charity. Throw in a Classic Rock Award for Band of the Year and an appearance on the UK X Factor and I would say that it was a pretty good year for Adam and ALL his fans. December will probably be quieter as he prepares for the Winter 2015 Q+AL tour but we have plenty to keep us going until the tour starts. Here’s hoping that some news about the new album will be Adam’s year-end gift to us! He’s the gift that keeps on giving!! And speaking of gifts, how about spending NYE with Queen and Adam in London! What a way to ring in the New Year!!!

You know, it is kind of interesting, that they didn’t do any promo before the North America tour like they are doing over there. None at all. Besides that spot on GMA/Today ( can’t recall, bad fan ) to announce the tour. But, they didn’t actually perform that day.
The pre-tour IHeart thing was right before the tour.
I guess it didn’t matter, the shows were a virtual sell-out from the moment they went on sale.
However, nobody knew they were on tour. We all encountered this. I still encounter this.
“You saw Queen??” ” Really?? ” ” I didn’t know they were still doing that.” ” Who is singing??” ” Freddie’s dead you know.” ” That guy from Idol?? “Gaahhhhh. I literally had this conversation yesterday.

mils totally agree. And yet again I also had someone tell me the other day they did not know they were on tour and would have gone had they known.
Germany must be a hard sell.
There was a comment on another site about the Berlin interview saying it seemed as though it was more like the “Freddie show” back in the day. But the guys now are more together as a group with Adam. One person’s opinion.
There’s a rumor that Adam, Bruno and Sam Smith will be singing on the finale of XFactor UK, doing duets with contestants.
Anyone here that knows more or can debunk this rumor?
I know that Sam Smith performed at the MSG Jingle Ball last night.
Someone asked Shosh about that rumor and she said “NO”. I’ll try and find the tweet.

Yes, me too luval, I’ve had many people tell me they would have gone had they known about the show, in Chicago.
I told them it sold out very quickly. They always wanted to know how I knew. I said, it goes through venue and fan club pre-sales. And the Chicago show was advertised in Chicago.
All anyone can ever say in response is “oh.”
