After a very eventful past month for Adam and his fans, December has arrived. Adam enjoyed quite a bit of publicity during November, including an epic performance with Queen at the EMAs, a Rolling Stone interview, a mentoring appearance on Majors & Minors, and his return to the AMA stage (unfortunately only as a presenter this time around). Still no new music for us to enjoy with our holiday feasts, but all the signs currently point to the lead single from Adam’s new album being released in January.

Update 7 PM 12/14: as per Adam’s tweets today, “Better Than I Know Myself”, the lead single from his new album “Trespassing”, will be released on Tuesday, December 20th!

    Laugh The thought that we weren’t going to end up safe and sound in Ste.-Agathe never entered my mind. I couldn’t have felt more safe and secure.     Actually, if Adam wanted to go to Finland, it would make sense to fly directly from Shanghai to Helsinki. Going thru LA would make him to go around the world.
    Let’s wait for word (and picture) from our great Finnbert ninjas.On the other hand if he is discovered in Finland it’s gonna be media circus, unless good will prevail and SaulBert will be left alone…

    Nkd, someone said there’s a rumor that Queen has booked an arena in Italy in June or July, and possible performance with Adam. But April sounds more likely, because aren’t the Olympics in June/July?

    Another good review. I was still on the fence about BTIKM, but having listened to the VEVO version a few times, I’m kinda falling to the side of the favorable majority, but I don’t see it in a dance club. I love Adam’s voice, so that’s what’s important to me and that he sells millions! I’m sure there are other songs on the album for Krad, Ron and myself, but I’ll take it for now. Of course I will buy about 20 albums in support of our bb! Also still addicted to EMA vid!

    I’m a little bit behind the times, but just watched the Shanghai airport video taken by the ninja…so funny to see Adam striding along, sort of a Pied Piper, followed by a trail of peeps much shorter than he is! A nice video, he looks so happy and excited, the first public performance since July.

    Then in sharp contrast I saw the video from Helsinki, a visibly exhausted Adam trying valiantly to be sweet and also visibly wanting to be left alone. Imagining his thoughts about being on his way to meet Sauli’s family, seeing Sauli again after an absence, being seriously jetlagged during all of that, and being caught off guard by peeps waiting for him at the airport where he probably expected no one. I am thinking that Sauli may not have met him there on purpose to avoid a crowd. So glad that they will be together presumably for Christmas celebrated by Sauli’s family, but at least for a time during the winter holidays. Wednesday is the first day of Hanukkah.
    I have often thought that it would be wonderful to be in love and with one’s love during Christmas. It never happened for me, but I am so glad for Adam and Sauli. Heart

    Thanks nkd! I did check Virgin Radio Vancouver but there was no Adam on the “recently played” list so did not think that they played it yet. I guess they can’t officially show it on their play list.
    I did start listening online but I’m not sure my ears can take listening to the other stuff just to hear BTIKM on the radio. I visited their twitter and saw that fans from Israel, France, Belgium, Romania, New Zealand, Canada and the US had tweeted them when they asked where everyone was listening from! Smile Yes Yes

    Nope – CBS radio is unavailable from my current location. I guess I will have to move! Wink
    I’ll stick with the Canadian virgin. They’ll probably mention the song again on twitter before they play it. Fingers Crossed
