The tat does look great in that photo, the artwork is amazing, and you can tell its been done by good artists……but I also agree with Mils…from a distance it does look like a dark splodge…

I was just watching IWBTLY for the third time this morning and I began to think what would have happened if he had sung this song on the small stage when I was just a few feet from him, knowing that it represents his feelings for us. I really don’t think that I would have survived his eyebeams directed at me while singing this song.

I hope WHEN Queen release a concert dvd from this tour…..they don’t just do one show, but pick the ‘best’ one of each song, so we get all of them.
Been seeing so many tweets like this the last few weeks…..even if the show is being rerun…surely they must realize its not live and they can’t vote??

…I missed a couple days for RL and about four pages!
RL has bad and good…my mother diagnosed with another health issue, this one more serious; my younger son off to law school after a week of automotive crisis of multiple repairs when the mechanic wouldn’t listen to me saying ‘it is the alternator’, because I don’t have a Y chromosome…finally, duh, they figured out that it was…the alternator.
(No, not our usual mechanic, this was where son goes to school.)
Finally (hooray!) my son proposed and she accepted!
Wonder if it was because my usually cheap son sprang for almost a carat…?
I like her a LOT, will definitely come to love her, and she speaks French.

The backstage lists…yum for everything on Brian’s list! I loved reading your choices…got to thinking…here would be mine:
Evian water
Lipton yellow label tea bags and a kettle, with La Perruche rough sugar cubes
Selection of cheeses and nuts: brie, cabécou, and a sharp cheddar; pecans and cashews.
Small gala apples and bartlett pears
Those wonderful little red seedless grapes that are almost crisp and taste almost like cherries.
Peaches if in season, peeled and sliced with cream to pour over
Assorted melons, cut into bite-sized pieces
French biscotte (not biscotti; French biscotte is like lighter melba toast)
Sliced jambon de Paris (Paris ham)
Rustic pâté de campagne
Dry sausage
Moutarde de Meaux (the wonderful grainy kind in a crock)
Real baguettes, not the kind that most supermarkets sell. Something with some chew.
Dark chocolate, preferably from Colombia, 65% cacao
Wine: a nice vouvray, chilled
Banfi Rosa Regale wine, also chilled (the only wine that is really excellent with chocolate)
And the makings for a kir royal.

riskylady, been thinking about this same thing. Do they have a contract? A gentlemens’ agreement? I mean this is the last grand tour most likely for Queen so does Adam go along with whatever happens around the corner? Now that he has the arena/stadium venues under his belt can he possibly go back to before?
I really want what’s best for him. And I still say (IMO) he should milk this tour for as long as he can. Get that money made, stash it away having it available for whatever he wants (his own tour), Yes, he needs to make his own music but for now while the “guys” are still healthy keep on doing what he’s doing. And Brian has said they are getting soooo many requests for the show.
72 hour ceasefire that was extended for 5 more days is over in an hour (midnight). We have been on the edge of our seats to see what will happen
but it seems that there is a very good chance that it will be extended, Whew!
