Ted from Buffalo, at the 1:38 mark, is a bit of a buffoon, IMHO.
He states that he’s seen Queen + Adam Lambert three times. But, he’s “old school” and says, “As far as Adam goes, I’m not really a fan of “American Idol” so he loses credibility with me although I’ve never watched it …” 
Barbara from Toronto at 5:14, on the other hand, should be on this blog! Her husband’s comments are kind of funny.
It’s an “okay” video. I’ll be more interested in the second video after people have seen the show.
Hello wonderful Aller folk!
I have been whisked away in RL helping my kids get ready for school. No matter how much foresight I put into it, it always seems to become a major undertaking (teenage years are the BEST, I tell ya… Ahem. It’s also a good thing though… my kids are amazing, so it’s a privilege.).
Anyway, I’m reading what I can in between, and I have to say… I so enjoy you guys, your encouragements and your interchanges. What a blast it will be when I finally meet you in person! Good times to be had.
I’m looking forward to taking some time later this eve to respond to some wonderful little tidbits and comments.

I love salmon sushi… Would love to put that on my rider… but I guess I will request lots of ice to keep it cool and relatively germfree..
Other items on my rider : Waterkettle, 5 liters of water (whatever brand except Evian-sorry Adam), camomile tea, honey, vegetables to snack (and to keep my digestive system in order), peanuts, Marie biscuit,one banana, warm milk, chocolate powder (the latter two to make me fall asleep after the adrenaline high after the performance).

Oh oh Ron…I thought on the video you posted that good ol’ Ted said that this show would be his third to see Queen…didn’t think he meant the third with Adam.

You’re absolutely right and I was absolutely wrong.
I misunderstood Ted to say that he saw the show with Adam three times but, in fact, he saw Queen in concert three times and obviously had reservations about Adam as he was going in.
My apologies to Ted in Buffalo for using the word buffoon. However, saying one isn’t a fan of a TV show that they’ve never watched is kinda/sorta buffoon-“ish”.
Reversing it, and picking a TV show at random, what if I said, “I’m a big fan of “America Has Talent” but I’ve never watched it?”
I hope that whatever concerns Mr. Ted had going in were eradicated during the show and that he left with a smile on his face and that he had a good time.

That Nico and Vinz song is on heavy rotation here too. When I told my young co-workers that they opened for Bruno on my Toronto trip, they thought I was pretty cool. LOL
On another note, with Lee Cherry in Japan, I’m thinking some good stuff for the next round of PR will come of it. A Queen + Adam calendar, posters, pictures.
And, he’s got too much time between shows now NOT to be getting more tats in Japan. Has he ever not gotten a tat whilst over there??

Sad to hear about Byron Cooke’s mother. I like that guy.
Some of my favorite interviews of Adam are with him and he seems like a genuine fan – always has shown Adam respect, and promoted him well. His personality & humor are a hoot.
mils, I noticed no interviews, either. Strange. The Aussies have historically clamored for Adam interviews though, so we’ll see?
Ron, I kinda thought the same about ol’ Ted there.
However, I also got to thinking that it was actually great that he was interviewed… as he represents so many other people who think like he does and can’t stand AI, etc., hard-core classic-rock-only aficionados… cynical Queen fans…
I truly hope the producers of that before concert video caught up with good ol’ Ted afterwards. If so, I can hardly wait to see what he had to say…
