As July ends, so does a fantastic series of concerts by Queen and Adam across North America. It will be a summer that many ALLers will never forget! Q+AL take a few weeks break before heading off to Asia and then for concerts Down Under. If the reception there is anything like it was here, Q+AL can expect to get some major loving!

    I think London is in there somewhere, sometime for them to play. Maybe not this year but definitely next. Feel sad that the tour will be over soon. I know many peeps want era 3 but I’m still on a high from Queen and find it hard to return to the other band. But I am curious to hear what the new music will be like.

    Crap. His fans demand that song. If Queen is going to revisit anything from their Paul Rogers tour, and allow Adam to do a song of his, I would hope for Runnin. It would fit the majesty of the show. IMHO.

    Yah that jet-lagged-ambien-induced twitter party from two years ago was a great one! Thanks for posting it, ulti. This one was a great one too, but he was hilariously unfiltered from the ambien in that Aug 2012 one. So unfiltered that he deleted many of the tweets the next morning! LOL

    I’ve only ever read the uncensored one. Loved it!

    There was fun fan speculation at the time that he had been encouraged to delete them by either (a) his mother, (b) his management, (c) his record label, or (d) all of the above. Or, as you speculate, he woke up the next morning and went “WTF did I say??” LOL

    But of course by then it was too late, because they had been preserved for all eternity by then. The internet never forgets. Teehee

    Oh, man… I Adore CLYG.
    His voice is incredibly beautiful and stratospheric in that song.

    I was so so sad to hear of Robin Williams’ tragic suicide. He really touched us all … how awful that we couldn’t make him feel like life was worthwhile.

    Those of us who suffer from depression can learn … by mentally putting ourselves outside our bodies and asking what we’d tell the person we are looking back at. It’s a trick I learned at Cottonwood, Tucson, Arizona some years ago. But it ain’t easy. When you’re truly in that hole, nothing really works. You just have to believe that it will end.

    That Korean instrument that Brian was given looks very like the Chinese Guzheng….my daughter used to play it when she was 10. Beautiful sound, even if you couldn’t actually play a tune it still sounded nice.

    Feeling sad today. My middle son left home to go to the States for uni…or college I think over there..,I’m sure he’ll enjoy it, just feeling a bit empty nestish…even though I still have 3 at home.
