The calm after the end of QAL in February didn’t last long – thank the universe – and the roll-out to TOH appears nicely underway. We had the Sunrise/AU interview on 3/18, followed by the MiniMTV one on 3/20, the Hunger Mag major Q&A (with spectacular pics by Rankin) on 3/24, Attitude Mag’s great article (sold-out, of course), ending up with the iHeart Red Carpet appearance. But the big news, of course, was the Ghost Town snippet and the interest it engendered. April looks to be even more interesting, with the single release on the 21st – good times ahead.

Adam Lambert will release his new single “Ghost Town”, which was co-produced by Max Martin, this Tuesday, April 21st at 12 midnight ET. [just after 11:59 PM Monday]

    So I went to bed very late and kept waking up, surprised that it wasn’t 7:00 yet. At a quarter til I decided to come and wait with all of you and I saw that the song was already out! Listened to the audio link that you posted for mmm222 And I loved it, especially near the end when his voice soars. Listened again and then went back to read the previous posts. There I found the lyric video which was sooooooooo good and mesmerising. For those of you who said it was made private, it is open now!
    Will buy it on iTunes as soon as I get up. Do the free downloads if you order the album count for the single?

    OMG Still can’t believe I got up for that, but it was worth it! The song gets better and better when you listen to it more times!

    Hope it will be picked up in the Netherlands as well. It’s on itunes at least. I’ll try to figure out how to buy there in the afternoon when I’m home from work.

    I love the song! Those haunting vocals, so catchy. Been watching on repeat the lyrics vid since Adam tweeted it. So worth waking up early.

    rs, if you pre-order TOH better do it in Amazon or AO. Some nice packages on AO. I think I buy the cheaper one with photos only, even though the t-shirts in the more expensive one are cool.

    This is weird – I can only find it Canadian iTunes by typing in Adam Lambert Ghost Town. If I just type in the title, all that shows is Madonna and other songs, and if I type in Adam Lambert, I only get his old stuff. Looks like some kind of screw up to me.

    Calgary: I’m in the US westcoast. When I type in “Adam Lambert Ghost Town” in my itunes store it pops up. As does the album which we are not supposed to pre-order from itunes.

    Pre-ordered deluxe cd from Amazon. I’ve been checking spotify as well to stream but no action as yet. I’ll just keep playing the song from Adam’s you tube channel for now.
    I don’t have I-tunes (had lots of problems with it in the past) So cds, you tube and spotify will do for me.

    Looks like Europe can’t buy GT yet… And some problems on AO too, have to wait to see before I order. Will go and check my spotify.

    TOH is #1 in Finland iTunes already, someone posted (sorry don’t know how to bring the tweet here on tablet).

    Anyone preordering already, make sure to get the delux album with the 3bonus songs. That is what Amazon is selling, but AO is cheaper and it doesn’t say delux. I didn’t see a track list there.

    I am a bit like Ron, I like it, I don’t love it… but I think I will love to play it when I go home at 9 pm in the dark… or early mornings when I have a “hangover” or a headache and I want to be waken up slowly…

    It does not really sound like Adam Lambert but I am happy I can hear his voice well…

    But I do agree with one poster on MJ that it may get more success in Europe compared to US…

    Damn! Really Angry I went into iTunes to buy the album and it said that since I haven’t purchased anything using this computer, which is ridiculous since I have bought stuff on iTunes here, I have to answer security questions. I answered them and they said that my answers were incorrect!!!!WTF??? Really Pissed So I got locked out for 8 hours and had to change my password and answer more security questions. It has just better work the next time I try Fingers Crossed I have $40 in iTunes credit and I want to spend it all on Adam!

    I managed to sneek a listen on my phone after the kids left class, and while I liked the song, I wasn’t blown away. Have just listened to it a couple of times through headphones with the volume turned up louder…and wow, what a difference it makes…sounds great, I think it will really grow on me. already is…love the ending.
    need to get some views going on the lyric video though.

    So I couldn’t wait and I went into iTunes again with my new password and answered the security questions and voila! I bought it. It sounds great! Of course, I have to go back and watch the lyric video to see what they replaced f*ck with. Really, for one word they make all that trouble? Do they only play the “clean” version on the radio?
