The calm after the end of QAL in February didn’t last long – thank the universe – and the roll-out to TOH appears nicely underway. We had the Sunrise/AU interview on 3/18, followed by the MiniMTV one on 3/20, the Hunger Mag major Q&A (with spectacular pics by Rankin) on 3/24, Attitude Mag’s great article (sold-out, of course), ending up with the iHeart Red Carpet appearance. But the big news, of course, was the Ghost Town snippet and the interest it engendered. April looks to be even more interesting, with the single release on the 21st – good times ahead.

Adam Lambert will release his new single “Ghost Town”, which was co-produced by Max Martin, this Tuesday, April 21st at 12 midnight ET. [just after 11:59 PM Monday]

    How about released at 12:01AM EST the 21st. So 11:01PM the 20th
    central, 9:01PM the 20th pacific, etc.

    luval, I loved seeing Sasha dancing again, and maybe I am showing my age, but I thought it was a ridiculous performance of a ridiculous song. I know that Madonna has been responding to people saying that she is too old, and I certainly think she should keep singing, but it seems like the older she gets the more juvenile her performances get. (By the way, I loved seeing Tina Turner perform well into her 60s.)

    Best thing about last night: Madonna didn’t sing Ghost Town. Perhaps that song is already going on the back-burner and this one is headed for the charts instead. It would be nice to think that she heard Adam’s song and decided to give up the ghost.

    I love Madonna so everything she does is coloured with a bit of irrational sympathy. The choreography is definitely for a much more youthful person but she pulled it off and congrats to her. It’s obviously targeted to a young crowd as well. Who knows how that will go but I hope it works and her promotional efforts move to this song.

    This “song of summer” refrain is encouraging but the cynical part of me wonders if that was in the promo kit and people who like Ghost Town are starting to use the term. No one is twisting their arms though. Grin

    Oh she didn’t sing Ghosttown. Good. Taped the show but now probably won’t watch it. I love Madonna. Always have, always will but “keep away from Ghost Town”. Smile

    Already mentioned I like that video and her performance, though.

    Even though, Adam said he loved that show, I don’t want him to go that route. He is beyond that.
